A Butterfly Poem for a lost loved one that will touch your heart!
We all have someone that we miss in our lives. A Butterfly Poem is a beautiful way to remember that special person. My Mother passed away not long ago and I love to think of her as a Butterfly in Heaven. This thought makes me smile and remember all the Love we shared. The good times we had and the way she cared for me as a young child and grown woman.
Your Loved one may be gone from this earth but never far from your heart.
Your Butterfly is now free but can be with you every time you see a Butterfly.
I cherish my Mother’s memory every time I see a real butterfly or a picture of a Butterfly. Here is a Butterfly Poem:
Butterfly Poem Final Flight
Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free, I’m following the path God laid for me. I took his hand, when I heard his call, I followed him and left it all
I could not stay another day, To laugh, to love, to work, to play. Tasks left undone must stay that way, I’ve found that peace at the end of the day.
If my parting has left a void, Then fill it with remembered joy. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, Ah, yes, these things too I will miss.
Be not burdened with times of sorrow, I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow. My Life’s been full, I savored much, Good friends, good times, a loved one’ touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief, Don’t lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your heart and share with me, God wanted me now, He set me free.
As you release the butterfly, let me go, There is something better, God wants us to know, As the butterfly flutters with peaceful delight, It represents my heavenly, final flight.
