  • zest of ½ lemon
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • Big pinch cracked black pepper
For the sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 minced green onion
  • ¼ pound diced or sliced fresh mushrooms
  • ¼ cup chicken stock
  • ¼ cup dry Muscadine wine
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons freshly minced parsley
