Chicken Ranch Mini Pizzas Printable Recipe

Rotisserie chicken, veggies and ranch dressing make great mini pizzas.

Chicken Ranch Mini Pizzas

Ingredients:

1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
1 can (11.3 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated artisan dinner rolls made with whole grain*
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/3 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup grated or shredded Parmesan cheese

 

Additional ranch dressing, if desired

Directions:

  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease large cookie sheet with shortening or cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix 1/2 cup dressing and the garlic powder; stir in chicken.

  • 2 Separate dough into 8 rolls. Press or roll each to form 4 1/2-inch round; place on cookie sheet. Divide chicken mixture evenly among rounds; top with bell pepper, tomato and Parmesan cheese.

  • 3 Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are lightly browned. Drizzle with additional dressing.
