Easy Mini Cinnamon Buns
Ingredients
Buns:
  • Breadsticks dough
  • 4 TBS butter
  • 4 TBS sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Glaze:
  • 1/2 cup powered sugar
  • 1/2 TBS milk
Instructions
Buns
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Grease muffins cups with butter.
  4. Mix sugar, cinnamon in a small bowl.
  5. Open dough and turn on to a lightly floured surface.
  6. Unroll dough and separate into individual breadsticks.
  7. Lightly flatten out each breadstick.
  8. Butter breadstick with a pastry brush.
  9. Top butter generously with sugar mixture and roll up.
  10. Place each cinnamon roll-up in a muffin cup.
  11. Butter each muffin again and sprinkle with sugar mixture.
  12. Bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
Glaze:
  1. Mix powdered sugar and milk together. It should not be too runny. Add more powdered sugar if needed.
  2. When cinnamon buns are cooled drizzle with glaze.
