Ingredients
  • 200 g /2 cups Plain flour
  • ¼ tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 227 g /2 sticks Unsalted butter softened
  • 250 g / 1¼cup Castor sugar I reduced this to 200g
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 tsp grated orange zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 80 ml Heavy cream
