Cook at home. People tend to eat more when eating out, and usually eat foods higher in calories. Use lean meat when cooking.

Cut out all bread and sugar from your diet. Now instead of burning carbs for energy, your body starts feeding off of stored fat.  Removing sugars and starches (carbs) from your diet will reduce your appetite, lower your insulin levels and make you lose weight without hunger. My daughter did that and lost tons of weight. I know that it will be very hard to do. You can start slowly and do it every other day.
