Cut out all bread and sugar from your diet. Now instead of burning carbs for energy, your body starts feeding off of stored fat. Removing sugars and starches (carbs) from your diet will reduce your appetite, lower your insulin levels and make you lose weight without hunger. My daughter did that and lost tons of weight. I know that it will be very hard to do. You can start slowly and do it every other day.

Eat smaller more frequent meals. You should eat at least 3 to 4 meals a day, with breakfast being your largest meal. Eat a high-protein breakfast. Each one of your meals should include a protein source, a fat source and low-carb vegetables. Eat your food slowly.
Don’t be afraid of eating fat, as trying to do both low-carb AND low-fat at the same time is a recipe for failure. It will make you feel miserable and abandon the plan.
Drink plenty of water. Drinking water a half hour before meals will help curb your appetite.
Exercise in the coolest time of day. That’s because your metabolic rate increases to warm your body, and that bit of extra work means more burn
Don’t be too hard on yourself!!! Remember it did not take a week to gain that weight and it will take time to lose it. Start slowly with the above tips and work your way to using all of them. Do what works best for you.
