Air Fryer Parmesan Potatoes



2 to 3 large potatoes, cleaned and sliced into french fry shape

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon butter, melted

Salt and black pepper to taste


Wash potatoes, do not peel, slice into long strips.

Mix all ingredients, except potatoes, into a large bowl.

Add potatoes and mix until well coated.

Place into your Air Fryer and cook on 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Or until potatoes are tender, crisp and golden.

****If you prefer oven method: Spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Follow directions above then spread the potatoes evenly in your dish. Bake at 450 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Stir the potatoes once after about 15 minutes of baking so they brown on all sides.
