Chunky CrockPot Chili



1 can (29 oz.can) tomato sauce

1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes

1 cup ketchup

1/4 cup BBQ sauce (I prefer Sweet Baby Ray’s)

1 can (12 oz.) Pinto beans

1 can (14 oz.) Chili Con Carne with or without beans

1 cup water

2 pounds ground beef

1 package chili mix

1/2 large onion, diced

1 garlic clove, diced


Turn on crock pot to high.

Pour in all canned ingredients and water.

Meanwhile brown ground beef in skillet. Leaving chunky. Stir in diced onion, garlic cloves and package of chili mix and simmer for a couple of minutes.

Drain excess grease from cooked ground beef mixture and add it to crockpot.

Cook on medium heat for 4 to 5 hours. Turn down to low until ready to serve.
