The best corn casserole
1 can white or yellow peg corn.
1 can celery soup
8 oz. sour cream
3/4 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup grated onion
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup Ritz crackers, crumbled
Mix together corn, celery soup, sour cream, cheese, and onion.
Crumble crackers over top and pour melted butter over the crackers.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F. degree oven.
