Easiest Cherry Cheesecake
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 6-ounce graham cracker pie crust
- 1 20-ounce can cherry pie filling
Heat oven to 325°F.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs; beat just until blended. Pour into crust.
Bake for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
Let cool and cover with cherry pie filling.
