Easiest Cherry Cheesecake. This dessert recipe is quick and easy. Just mix, bake and cool.


Easiest Cherry Cheesecake
  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 6-ounce graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 20-ounce can cherry pie filling
  1. Heat oven to 325°F.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs; beat just until blended. Pour into crust.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
  4. Let cool and cover with cherry pie filling.
