Easiest Honey Fried Biscuits
- 1 tube refrigerated canned biscuits
- oil for frying
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Heat oil in a large frying pan to 375 F.
Open canned biscuits and separate. Use your hands to stretch them out slightly.
Fry biscuits 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate.
Melt butter in a small saute pan over low heat.
Add honey, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir.
Brush top of biscuits with the honey butter while still warm.
