Easy Baked Cheddar Chips



3 large potatoes, sliced into thin slices

2 cups cheese cracker, crushed

1 Tablespoon oil

1 Tablespoon salt


Wash and peel potatoes. Slice into thin chip size slices. Place in a large bowl. Set aside.

Place cheese crackers into a zip lock bag and crush finely with rolling pin.

Put cracker, oil and salt in the bowl with the potatoes. Coating the potatoes well.

Place each coated potatoes on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 35 minutes.
