Easy Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls. Delicious no-bake recipe with chocolate filled with coconut, peanut butter, rice krispies and pecans.
You can use white or dark chocolate.
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 Tablespoons softened butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup Rice Krispies
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (24 oz.) package chocolate almond bark or chocolate candy coating or white chocolate
Mix together,refrigerate for a half hour then form into balls. Return to fridge and let chill at least an hour.
Melt chocolate according to package directions.
Remove ball from refrigerator and dip into chocolate.
Place on waxed paper or parchment paper and let sit until set.
