Easy Coconut Custard Pie Recipe. Just mix and bake. Makes it’s own crust. Dessert fit for a King. One of my husband’s favorite pies.
Coconut Custard Pie
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups buttermilk or whole milk
- 1 cup Coconut
- 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter softened
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Blend everything together with hand mixer till well blended, you will see small chunks of butter and coconut.
Pour into 8 inch pie pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake for 50 to 55 min. Check to make sure done by butter knife inserted in center and comes out clean.
