Easy Homemade Strawberry Frosted Donuts

Ingredients

Donuts:

1 package refrigerated Grand biscuit dough, any biscuits except flaky.

1/2 cup vegetable oil, for frying

Frosting: 

 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1/2 cup butter, softened

4 cups powdered sugar


Instructions

Donuts:

Open biscuit dough and shape each by poking a hole in the center, so they look like donuts.

Fry each in medium heated vegetable oil until golden brown on each side. Flipping with thongs.

Place on paper towel until cooled.

Frosting:

Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add strawberries; mix well.
Refrigerate 1 hour before using. Frost donuts.

Easy Thin Mints Cookies

Ingredients

1 package Ritz Crackers

12 oz Dark or Milk Chocolate

1 Tbs peppermint extract


Instructions

Melt chocolate using a double boiler or microwave. Place in a glass bowl and microwave on DEFROST for a couple minutes. Make sure to check it often and stir, DO NOT WHIP. Stir in peppermint extract.

Dip crackers, one by one, into the chocolate mixture using tongs or a chocolate dipping tool.
Place each cookie on waxed paper.
Let rest until chocolate has hardened.
