Easy Pineapple Pecan Poke Cake. This dessert recipe will rock your boat. It is that yummy, with a delicious cream cheese frosting.

Easy Pineapple Pecan Poke Cake

Ingredients
White cake mix
Poke mixture:
  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapples with juice
  • 1 cup sugar
Frosting:
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 to 3 cups crushed pecans
Instructions
Cake:
  1. Bake cake according to package directions. Cool. Then poke holes in the top with a fork.
Poke mixture:
  1. Boil crushed pineapples and sugar. Then pour over cooled cake.
Frosting:
  1. In a large bowl mix cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar. Mix well. Add vanilla and crushed pecans, mix well. Frost cooled cake.

If you want a stacked cake then double the recipe.
