Easy Vanilla Pudding Donuts

Easy Vanilla Pudding Donuts. Recipe made from canned biscuits and pudding. Perfect for breakfast, after school snack or a dessert.


Easy Vanilla Pudding Donuts
  • 1 10 count can Texas style biscuits
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon cinnamon optional
  • Vegetable Oil For Frying
  • 1 package Vanilla pudding or flavor of your choice
  1. Prepare pudding according to package directions, set aside and let cool.
  2. Pour oil into skillet to the depth of a little less than 1/2 an inch and heat on medium to medium high for about five minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine cinnamon (if desired) and powdered sugar.
  4. Using a small round cookie cutter, make an indention in each biscuit. 3/4 of the way through.
  5. Drop dough into hot oil, watching carefully and turning when golden. Until doughnuts are golden on both sides.

  6. Remove to a paper towel lined plate. Repeat until all donuts are cooked.

  7. Sprinkle sugar mixture on top.
  8. Place 1 tablespoon of pudding in the center of each of the donuts.
  9. Eat while warm or refrigerate until ready to serve.
