Healthy Air Fryer Banana Chips. An easy after school snack that is healthy and delicious. Serve them as a appetizer for your party.
Healthy Air Fryer Banana Chips
- 1 large raw firm banana
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Pre heat the airfryer to 375 degrees F .
Peel the banana and slice into thin slices. Do not make it wafer thin though or the chips will start flying into the coils when they start getting crisper. Do not put the slices on top of each other and do not stick them together.
In a bowl, toss in coconut oil and turmeric powder. Add the banana chips.
Place the slices in the basket of pre heated airfryer. Set the timer to 7-8 minutes.
Remove the basket every 2 mins, give it a good shake and continue airfrying.
They will turn lightly golden brown and crisp when done.
Sprinkle with salt and cool for 2 mins or so to make them crisper. Serve immediately.
Repeat this procedure with as many bananas as you wish.
