Use a heating pad on top of your legs.
Get up and walk around for a bit. Then run ice cold water in tub stand in it it shocks the nerves.
Make sure you’re drinking lots of water!
Teaspoon of mustard (works in 5 minutes).
Try Pickle juice. It works for many.
Lavender essential oil and just massage your leg for a bit. Or Lavender scented soap under your sheet.
Icey Hot or any sore muscle cream. Works wonders.
A nurse friend suggested V8 juice for potassium.
Finally went to Dr. He put me on gabapentin 100mg, 2 at night. You will need a prescription.
What worked best for me was Gabapentin and BioFreeze. The two together cured my restless legs.
