Homemade Slow Cooker Boozy Root Beer
Ingredients
  • 10 Cups water
  • 2 1/2 Cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 Cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 4 Tablespoons Root Beer extract
  • 1/2 Cup molasses

  • 3 Cups Vodka
Instructions
  1. Add water, both sugars and vanilla extract into a large slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Turn off the slow cooker and stir in the root beer extract, vodka and molasses.

  4. Place in glass or plastic bottles, with a sealed top, in the refrigerator for 24 hours before drinking. You can store refrigerated root beer for about one month.

  5. Serve cold.
