How To Treat a Bee Sting
- If these symptoms are present seek emergency medical attention: difficulty breathing, hives, swelling of the face or throat, wheezing or difficulty swallowing, rapid pulse, or dizziness.
- Remove the stinger as soon as possible. Scape it with your finger credit card or anything with a blunt end.
- Wash the site with soap and water.
- Apply ice wrapped in fabric to the sting for 20 minutes.
- Take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain relief.
