Kale Apple Raisin Salad. This side dish recipe is the best salad you will ever eat.
Kale Apple Raisin Salad
- 2 cups kale leaves finely chopped
- 2 cups cubed slices of apples
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 red onion thinly diced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 1/2 cup extra virgin oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients. Whisk until combined.
Combine all chopped ingredients. Pour dressing over salad.
Can be stored in refrigerator up to 48 hours. Will serve 4 servings.
