To start the new year a healthier you, try these: Just blend and enjoy!

Banana Peanut Butter Protein Shake

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 C. Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 C. skim milk or almond milk
  • 1/4 C. peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

Orange “Julius” Protein Shake Recipe

  • 1/2 C. frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • 1/4 C. Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 C. skim milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Banana Split Protein Shake

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 C. almond milk
  • 1/4 C. peanut butter
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Strawberry Protein Shake

  • 1 C. Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 C. frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 C – 1 C. skim milk or almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
