With peanut butter and chocolate you can’t go wrong.
Easy to make and no baking required.
No Bake Peanut Butter Bars
- 2 cups graham crackers crumbled
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
Crumble up graham cracker ( I use a zip lock bag and a rolling pin). Set aside.
In a large bowl melt butter in microwave for 30 seconds. Add peanut butter and melt 30 seconds more.
Add Powdered sugar and mix well.
Spread into 8 x 11 inch glass dish.
Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter for about 30 seconds, or until chocolate is melted.
Spread on top of bars.
Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
