No Churn Blackberry Ice Cream. So easy to make, you will be making it often. Best of all you don’t need an ice cream freezer.
You can substitute the blackberries with any fruit you desire.
No Churn Blackberry Ice Cream
- 2 cups heavy cream VERY Cold
- 1 (14 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup blackberries
With a mixer on high speed beat your cream until it becomes stiff, approx 1 and 1/2 minutes.
Fold in your sweetened condensed milk.
Stir in the vanilla extract and blackberries.
Transfer to a container with a lid and freeze for at least 6 hours.
