Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 and 1/4 lb mushrooms cut up or sliced
- freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 1 Tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- salt to taste
