To make a smoothie: Start by adding the fruit or vegetable you want to use to your blender. For the liquid, pour in 1 to 2 cups low fat unsweetened milk (almond or coconut milk)  Greek yogurt, or fruit juice. Add 1 cup ice. Mix in honey or maple syrup to taste. Blend together and pulse until smooth. Enjoy or place in refrigerator for later. You can also combine ingredients according to your taste.
