Ingredients

Pâte Sablée:

  • 10 TBsp of unsalted butter (5 ounces, room temperature)
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar (3 and 1/2 ounces)
  • 2 Eggs (room temperature)
  • 2 Cups of all-purpose flour (8 and 1/2 ounces)
  • 1 TSP of salt

Caramel:

  • 1/2 Cup of heavy cream
  • 1 Cup of sugar
  • Pinch of Maldon sea salt

Chocolate Ganache:

  • 12 Ounces of bittersweet chocolate (60%-66%, coarsely chopped)
  • 2 Cups of heavy cream
