The Twix Tart
Ingredients
Pâte Sablée:
  • 10 TBsp of unsalted butter 5 ounces, room temperature
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar 3 and 1/2 ounces
  • 2 Eggs room temperature
  • 2 Cups of all-purpose flour 8 and 1/2 ounces
  • 1 TSP of salt
Caramel:
  • 1/2 Cup of heavy cream
  • 1 Cup of sugar
  • Pinch of Maldon sea salt
Chocolate Ganache:
  • 12 Ounces of bittersweet chocolate 60%-66%, coarsely chopped
  • 2 Cups of heavy cream
