Stop the migraine when it first starts: A friend told me: “The doctor usually prescribes 800 mg of Ibuprofen and the one I bought from the store is 200 so I usually take four of those, drink a bottle of water and then hop in the shower. I slowly turn the water up as high as I can stand it and run my head and forehead under the water. I also filled my ears with hot water and plug them for a second then release and do that again. sometimes I also pull my hair from the root lightly and surprisingly enough it actually really helps!”
Another lady said: “I know this is going to sound completely crazy but you could try aluminium foil on your forehead. I works for me or slices of garlic on your temples. It won’t get rid of it completely but if you have already taken meds and can’t take anymore give it a try.”
Try rubbing a lemon across your forehead. The smell soothes you and relaxing. Sudafed bc and Benadryl 2tablets each and slice cucumbers over eye. Then lay at the end of bed with your head handing over edge relives tension.
Wear dark sunglasses if you have to go outside.
Migraine Formula is recommended by WebMd.com It is a combination of aspirin, acetaminophen, and caffeine.
Try CBD oil. What you have to loose?
Believe it or not but the thing that helps me is a pinch of cream of tartar under your tongue.
Tip from a friend: When my son was diagnosed with migraines, his pediatrician didn’t want to put him on a prescription med at 12, so he told me to give him a Goody’s Headache Powder (orange flavored). It worked so I decided to try it for myself. I have had debilitating migraines since suffering a misplaced disc in a car accident. Goody’s is the only thing that ever made a difference, and it works within 30 minutes! I have told others about it and they have also reported it works better than anything else.
Always consult your doctor before trying any remedy.
