Triple Chocolate Pie


Triple Chocolate Pie. 3 layers of delicious. Recipe with chocolate and more chocolate. Have dessert any day of the week.


Should serve 9, but my husband ate the whole thing. Now I have to make another one.


Triple Chocolate Pie
  • 3/4 cup crushed chocolate graham crackers
  • 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 pkg. 3.4 oz. JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1 and 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 tub 8 oz. Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder sifted
  • 5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3-4 tablespoons milk
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a 8 inch round pan with parchment paper
  3. In a blender crush chocolate graham cracker and melted butter until well blended
  4. Press into prepared pan
  5. Bake for 7 minutes
  6. Remove and cool
  1. Whisk pudding mix and milk in large bowl for 2 minutes or until blended.
  2. Blend in whipped topping and chocolate chips
  3. Place on top of crust and refrigerator for 2 hours
  1. Whip butter and cocoa together until smooth in large bowl.
  2. Stir in vanilla and powdered sugar.
  3. Slowly add in milk until topping reaches desired consistency.
  4. Scrape sides and whip again until light, fluffy and smooth, 1-2 minutes
  5. Smooth on top of cooled pie
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve
