This one works for the whole family’s tastebuds and works for mom too because it’s so simple!

  • ½ cup frozen peas thawed
  • ½ cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Light Dressing
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • 1 bag Ready Pac® European-Style Spring Mix Salad 5½ ounces
  • 1 box Farfalle pasta 12 ounces, bowtie
  • 1 fillet tuna 12 ounce
  • 1 medium carrot peeled and grated
  • 1 medium cucumber peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes stem removed and cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped dill
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions and drain.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  3. Place the fish in a baking dish with the wine. Cover tightly and bake 15 minutes at 400°F. Remove from the oven and let cool, then flake the fish with the side of a fork or spoon.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, peas, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes and dressing, Toss until evenly coated. Divide Ready Pac® European-Style Spring Mix Salad on 4 large plates. Arrange the pasta, and vegetables on each plate topped with ¼ of flaked tuna and garnished with the dill. Dress with 2 tablespoons dressing.
