WOW Banana Pudding Cake. Dessert recipe for a super moist cake topped with frosting, a special sauce and vanilla wafers. Makes a delicious Holiday cake.

WOW Banana Pudding Cake
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 2 1/2 cups Self rising flour
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cap full vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • I can of cream cheese frosting
  • 1 cap full almond extract
Pudding Mix:
  • 1 box of banana cream pudding mix cooked according to package directions
  • 1 can of whip cream
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cap full vanilla extract
1 box Vanilla wafers
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Mashed bananas.

  3. Add eggs to bananas and beat.

  4. Add your sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla.

  5. Add flour and milk. With a hand mixer combine everything is well mixed.
  6. Greased two 9 inch round cake pans and add batter.

  7. Bake for about about 40 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool cake. If you want more layers cut each cake in half.
Pudding mix:
  1. Mix your pudding according to package directions. Then start adding a small portion of whip cream to your pudding.
  2. You don’t want it soupy.
  1. Whip canned frosting in a bowl and add vanilla extract.
  1. In a pan add 1 stick of butter, let it melt.
  2. Add sugar and vanilla.
  3. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Let’s the sauce cool down completely.
  5. Add a small amount of sauce to a bowl and add a small amount of whip cream just enough to become creamy.
  6. Take one layer of your cooled cake and add it your serving plate. (If you want you can cut each layer and add frosting in between. but you will have to have more frosting)
  7. Poke holes in your bottom layered cake and add a small amount of sauce over the bottom layer, (this will make it even more moist).

  8. Add layer of frosting.
  9. Add layer of banana pudding. (add a good amount of this in between the cakes)
  10. Repeat for each layer then stack each layer.
  11. Frost top and side of your cake, just enough that it’s covered.
  12. Add the rest of your pudding mix on top of your frosted cake.
  13. Set in your refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

  14. Add the vanilla wafers to cake by placing a small amount of leftover frosting to your cookie, to make them sick better.
  15. Crumble a few of the cookies on the top.
  16. Take a spoon and drip rest of the sauce over the cake.
  17. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  18. Cut and enjoy!
