Air Fryer Steak With Wine Sauce

  • About 1 inch thick steak
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.
  • Enough olive oil to lightly cover both sides of the steak.
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons red wine
  1. Pre-heat the Air fryer for about 5 minutes
  2. Coat the steak lightly with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Place the steak into the baking tray in the Air fyer.
  5. Set the timer for 3 minutes.
  6. After 3 minutes, flip the steak on to it's other side. Basting lightly with the sauce mixture when you turn the meat over.
  7. Set the timer for another 3 minutes.
  8. After 3 minutes take the steak out of the Airfryer and place it onto a plate.
  9. Let it rest for another 3 minutes.
  10. Top with more of the warmed sauce mixture.
  11. Serve immediately.
  1. Mix all ingredients and baste on the steak when flipping steak. Pour remaining sauce on top of steak after warming it in the microwave for 1 minute.
