No Churn Blackberry Ice Cream
  • 2 cups heavy cream VERY Cold
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  1. With a mixer on high speed beat your cream until it becomes stiff, approx 1 and 1/2 minutes.
  2. Fold in your sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and blackberries.
  4. Transfer to a container with a lid and freeze for at least 6 hours.
