Easy Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls. 
For the centers:
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 Tablespoons softened butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
For the chocolate coating:
  • 1 (24 oz.) package chocolate almond bark or chocolate candy coating or white chocolate
For the centers:
  1. Mix together,refrigerate for a half hour then form into balls. Return to fridge and let chill at least an hour.

For the chocolate coating:
  1. Melt chocolate according to package directions.
  2. Remove ball from refrigerator and dip into chocolate.
  3. Place on waxed paper or parchment paper and let sit until set.
