Yummiest And Easiest Chocolate Bundt Cake. Topped with creamy frosting makes this recipe the most delicious cake ever.
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 cup sour cream softened
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips melted
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 5 Tablespoons whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.
In a medium bowl, stir together the cake mix, instant pudding and sugar. Add the water, oil, eggs, and sour cream, mix until well blended.
Melt the chocolate chips in your microwave. About 30 seconds. Then stir into mix. They all do not have to be melted.
Pour into the prepared Bundt pan.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven. Cake is done when a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and salt. Pour over the cooled cake.
